Aspen Saturday Market 2019

Spend your Saturday mornings from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Aspen Farmer’s Market. The market makes a U-shape from the corner of Galena & Hopkins, to Hunter & then again back to the intersection of Hyman & Galena. The market offers Colorado grown produce, crafts, live music and a food court for lunch or a snack while you peruse.

Audi Power of 4 Trail Run 2019

The Audi Power of Four Race Series is a premier endurance race series utilizing the unique and amazing terrain of each of the four Aspen Snowmass mountains. Each race is designed to test the limits and skills of both elite and recreational athletes.

The event’s signature race is a challenging 50K Ultra is part of the Altra US Skyrunner Series. It covers the four Aspen Snowmass mountains utilizing a mix of singletrack and dirt road. The event also offers a 25K race along the famed Government Trail covering Buttermilk and Snowmass mountains, a 10K on Snowmass Mountain and a Vertical K race up Aspen Mountain that is also part of the US Skyrunner Series.

Aspen Arts Festival 2019

Aspen Chamber Resort Association is proud to join Howard Alan Events in hosting the 17th Annual Aspen Arts Festival.  The Aspen Arts Festival will provide you an exclusive opportunity to experience a broad range of phenomenal creations ranging from life-size sculptures, photography, glass, paintings, ceramics, one-of-a-kind jewelry, and mixed media.

The festival will take place on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM at the Rio Grande Park, providing easy access to local eats and a stunning view of Aspen Mountain. This event is free and open to the public, so stop by and bring a piece of local art home with you!

Aspen Backcountry Half/Full Marathon 2019

Boasting spectacular views of the Elk Mountains and the city of Aspen, Colorado, the Aspen Backcountry Marathon & Half Marathon is run almost exclusively on high country dirt trails. Challenging ascents, exciting descents and wide diversity in terrain will challenge even the most well-trained athlete.

Starting & Finishing in the heart of downtown Aspen.

So get your running shoes on and come run the most challenging and scenic marathon or half marathon you’ve ever run!
