Christmas at The Gant

We had a great time at the Gant. Our family enjoyed the property immensely and the team went beyond their way to make us feel at home. Everyone was great but I would like to take the time to acknowledge Marty Ryan and Brooke Simons from the concierge team which gave us great tips and help with reservations in great restaurants, while accommodating our never-ending last minute changes. I also want to praise the team that shuttle us all around Aspen; this is such a convenient and reliable service that made us wondering why other properties in other places did not offer it. Top notch! Last but not least I would like to drop a note of appreciation to the housekeeping and maintenance team that were always there to help us learn how to operate appliances and provide us with all the urban comfort that we needed. Thanks Gant for making this a memorable Christmas.

December Stay

Mary was wonderful. I can't say enough how enjoyed my stay at the Gant. Most importantly, the staff made my experience great with their ultimate customer service. I applaud your ability to provide excellent services not only in product but in people.

I loved the quiet surroundings even though their was activity outside daily and nightly. Only on a few occassions was I able to hear the people outside. One night particular but it never disturbed my peaceful surroundings.

The bell service was grand. I can't remember the gentleman's name that went back to retrieve my sister's cell phone after she left it in the room. I have never received that treatment before and I have stayed in very nice facilities all over the nation and beyond. He went beyond the call of duty to assist us during a very stressful situation for my sister. I can't thank him enough for assisting her.
