Destination Drive and Destination Fly credits help make vacationing a little more affordable

ASPEN/DENVER, Colo. - July 17, 2008 - Don't let the costs of gas at the pumps or checked bags at the airport deflate plans for that long awaited vacation with the family. Not when The Gant and The Inverness Hotel, both Destination Hotels & Resorts properties, have launched Destination Drive and Destination Fly, a new credit program to offset these pesky costs. With "Destination Drive," guests who use their personal vehicle to drive to either of these properties will receive a $25.00 gas credit for each reserved night. With "Destination Fly," guests who book a commercial flight to Denver or Aspen will receive a $15 credit for the first checked bag per person. Guests must pay the checked baggage fee to the airline and provide a valid baggage claim receipt to be eligible for the credit. Both program credits will be applied to the room total at check out. Destination Drive and Destination Fly is available now through September 1, 2008.

Load up the car, fill up the tank and hit the proverbial road, or pack the suitcases, grab some snacks and head to the airport. Regardless of your mode of transporation, The Gant and The Inverness Hotel aim to ease the added expense at the pump or at the check-in counter. The gas and checked baggage credits are just one more way these properties are helping families and friends keep their vacation on a budget.

Destination Drive and Destination Fly Details
To receive the gas or checked baggage credit, guests must stay a minimum of two nights. Credits can be applied to any unit type and minimum occupancy requirements do not apply. For the Destination Fly credit, guests must reference the promotion code FLY when making reservations and must present a valid baggage claim receipt upon check out. A $15 checked baggage credit per person (maximum of four credits per reservation at The Gant and a maximum of two credits per reservation at The Inverness Hotel) will be applied at the time of check-out. This credit applies only to the first checked baggage and is not valid on subsequent checked baggage.

To redeem the Destination Drive credit, guests must reference the promotion code DRIVE when making reservations and register a vehicle at the front desk upon check-in. A $25 credit per lodging night will be applied at the time of check-out. Both credits are valid on new reservations only and cannot be combined or added to any other offer. Both credits are subject to availability and vary with arrival dates. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
