In charge of our meeting and banquet food service, Keran emphasizes quality products, flavors and textures in delivering exquisite cuisine to events held at this exclusive Aspen, Colorado, wedding location.
Before coming to The Gant, Keran was the lead line chef at Rustique Bistro, Aspen's Country French cuisine hot spot. Prior to Rustique Bistro, Keran served as the lead chef at Le Languedoc Inn & Bistro in Nantucket. A graduate of The New England Culinary Institute, Keran presents a broad range of knowledge, as well as a constant passion for creativity, that gives wedding guests the opportunity to indulge in Aspen's Epicurean delicacies without ever leaving The Gant.
